Biography
Oskar holds the role of researcher / recruitment consultant at Search House, where he has particular responsibility for the initial phase of the recruitment process. This includes targeted search, identification and attraction of the right candidates. He also handles marketing with a clear and professional message, with the goal of strengthening our clients' employer brand.
Oskar graduated from BI Norwegian School of Management, where he specialized in organizational psychology, HR and management. He is a certified recruiter through DNV and a facilitator in the behavioral mapping tool DiSC.
He has previously worked as an HR advisor, where his primary tasks were recruitment, optimization and development of HR systems and digital tools, as well as handling internal employment law issues. With experience from responsible roles in the industrial sector, the Norwegian Armed Forces and the sales industry, he has valuable insight into different industries and organizational cultures.
Oskar is known for his responsible, relationship-building and results-oriented approach, ensuring that Search House is always at the forefront of identifying and attracting the best talent.
