Truly understanding what moves our clients inspires me. In addition, I get energy from conversations with candidates about their career, life and ambitions. It is my goal to find an optimal match between the ambitions of clients and candidates. I also advise our clients on optimal team compositions and I support them with assessments of current board members and other strategic HR issues. My background in strategy consulting at Monitor Company (now Deloitte) and in Structured Finance at ING Bank gives me a good foundation. The breadth of my field of work ensures that I remain alert to developments in our field and have been leading our office together with Edith Koetsier for many years with great pleasure and motivation.
