For 30 years, my professional focus has been on a wide range of operational management functions and strategic consulting mandates at home and abroad. My experience as a senior partner in a renowned management consultancy firm and several years of work in an international executive search company help me to understand a company's needs and find suitable candidates when filling demanding management and board positions. Through my part-time work as a specialist judge at the Commercial Court in Zurich, Chairman of the Board of Directors of a real estate company and member of the Executive Committee of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster, which operates the Zollikerberg Hospital and numerous nursing and retirement homes with 1,400 employees, I gain an exciting insight into new areas. I enjoy spending time with my family, am a passionate golfer and skier and, as a long-time leader, am an enthusiastic member of the Zunft zum Kämbel.
