Mike is a specialist recruiter in the digital product and design space. With a strong network across the digital transformation, Mike has helped organisations scale up their product teams. He’s recruited across sectors such as Media, Technology, Retail and Heavy Industries; from ASX listed organisation to start-ups. He’s responsible for building and leading this capability across the contract & interim markets, focusing on high-growth businesses within the realm of private equity, VC and investments. Mike’s recruitment career began in London, after graduating with a BA in English Literature from the University of Kent. He honed his skills at a multi-national recruitment agency, which allowed him to relocate to Sydney to continue his career in the sunshine. After this, Mike worked for a global tech company, working with customers and internal product teams to help deliver real customer-led change, before making the switch back to recruitment to head up Allura Digital.
