She has worked in roles that involve Talent acquisition, conceptualisation, development and implementation of organisational Human Resources strategy with frequently changing HR needs in several countries in Africa. Felicity has Master’s degree (MBA Human Resources Management) and Bachelor of Arts Degree both from the University of Nairobi. Felicity held several Senior Management roles in various organisations.
