Mark has been working with law firms and corporations since 1998, initially as a business development manager and qualified mediator for CEDR, before stepping into recruitment in 2005. He established the Middle East capability of Laurence Simons and moved to Dubai full time in 2007 to concentrate on both private practice and in-house recruitment. Having previously grown up in the UAE for 12 years he brings with him a personal level of Middle East experience. He joined Taylor Root's Dubai office in 2010 to head up in-house recruitment across the region.
