Karl co-founded Compass Search Partners, LLC and has been a vital part of the Talent Acquisition process for nearly 20 plus years as a Recruiting & Training Manager and Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader. He has had the opportunity to work with hiring managers at all levels within an organization in addition to recruiting for all disciplines in industries such as Commercial Building Products, Medical, Marine and Metals in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Karl has a passion for educating others and has lead and managed corporate training programs and committees. He understands the importance of finding not only the most qualified candidate but the one that “fits” the client’s company culture. Prior to his career in recruiting and executive search, Karl served as a member of the United States Coast Guard and attended Bowling Green State University. He is a firm believer in teamwork and understands the extreme value of the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management process when it comes to success within an organization.
