Ben began his career with a specialist technical search firm in London, before relocating to Australia in 2012 to open the UK-based company’s first Western Australian office. He has since established himself as a trusted search professional, consistently going above and beyond to provide successful outcomes for clients and candidates within the corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently Ben has delivered several significant search projects for organisations undergoing mergers and acquisitions, rapid scaled growth, and significant transformations. Ben is an active volunteer in the Victorian community, and a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.He is a published poet, sporting enthusiast, and holds a bachelor’s degree in History (with minors in Philosophy and English) from the University of Leeds.
