Mrs. Piat has experience working with job evaluation and remuneration committees as an advisor, providing guidance to committee members on corporate governance aspects with regard to remuneration guidelines, internal equity, and external competitiveness of remuneration policies and practices. Mrs. Piat's main areas of expertise lie in executive remuneration, reward management, benchmarking and job evaluation. Her work experience cuts across all major industries: representing both private and parastatal Institutions. These assignments have invariably involved working with both union representatives and the top management to ensure the smooth implementation and gaining the buy-in of all key stakeholders. Mrs. Piat has also led a number of strategic talent management assignments involving the identification and definition of competency requirements, skills gaps, and role profile analysis. Mrs. Piat has a bachelor's of science (honors) in economics from Exeter University, UK and holds a number of specialist qualifications in organizational design, behavioral assessment, job evaluation, training facilitation, and reward management Ms. Piat is fluent in English and French.
