Howard kicked off his career journey as part of DRAX Executive's Graduate Scheme back in September 2022. From there, he ventured into Rowan South, a brand entity within the LCap Group, where he honed his skills further. Now, coming full circle, Howard rejoins DRAX Executive, bringing with him a wealth of expertise garnered from supporting both executive and non-executive search endeavours for growth-cap PE-backed enterprises. His experience traverses diverse sectors such as industrials, business services, infrastructure and real assets, and the consumer realm. Howard's academic prowess is equally impressive, having earned an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Queen Mary University in 2022. With his multifaceted background and dedication to excellence, Howard is poised to make significant contributions to the executive search landscape at DRAX Executive. Outside of work, Howard enjoys sports such as football and skiing, as well as spending time outdoors and with friends.
