"After training as a banker and studying economics - with a focus on corporate management & organization as well as strategic marketing - I spent six months in beautiful Argentina. I was then able to gain initial experience in the project business at one of the TOP management consultancies. With a total of 15 years of experience in the consumer goods / FMCG, franchising, QSR and financial services industries, I have gained a high level of competence in the development and implementation of sales and business development strategies as well as process optimization. In addition, as managing partner, I was responsible for one of the largest international franchise systems. I have been working at Headgate as a headhunter in Executive Search since May 2022 and I am passionate about bringing executives and TOP family businesses together. As a sales representative for our customers, I use my sales and leadership experience to develop profitable solutions and to generate the perfect match between company and candidate. I am happily married and the proud father of three wonderful girls. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and friends, find balance with mountain biking and like to try out international culinary delights. My personal development is also very important to me.”
