Pat Neds, CIR, is a Senior Associate specializing in the coordination of research activities and collaboration with other consultants to design and execute targeted searches for leadership positions within healthcare organizations across the nation. This includes large integrated systems, community hospitals, medical group practices, faith-based health systems, and academic medical centers. Pat enhances the executive search process by identifying, developing, and maintaining a robust network of healthcare executives and organizations.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Rockhurst College in Kansas City and Friends University, Kansas City Campus.
