Ben Southall is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Practice. Based in London, Ben specializes in finance leadership advisory projects for public and private multinational companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies across the UK and internationally. This includes executive search as well as broader finance leadership assessment and development. Ben graduated from Newcastle University with a first-class degree in history. Ben is a keen outdoorsman and when not in the office can be found in the countryside trying, in vain, to perfect his fly fishing technique.
