Takehiko Ono is based in Thailand. He has 12 years’ experience in the HR/Recruiting industry, which include eight years’ executive search business. Before joining AIMS International, he had experienced other managerial positions of executive search firms, recruiting companies and HR consulting in Thailand and Japan. As a Managing Director of a recruiting company, he staffed foreign engineers to manufacturing companies in Japan from Thailand, Vietnam and China as well as searched executives in these countries. He always strategically planned for new opportunities in ASEAN countries. Previously, he has 10 years of sales and marketing experience in Investment Banking, and 5 years’ experience as a strategy consultant at IBM Japan and Project Manager at AIG. This includes BPR, BPO, Organizational change, Project management and IT system development. Mr. Ono is a graduate of Master of Management, SASIN Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Chuo University, Japan.
