Leading Ampersand International’s Corporate Affairs and Communication practice in the Sydney market, Holly has developed long-term partnerships with some of the country’s top businesses, including NAB, ANZ, Macquarie Group and Telstra.

Holly also drives the growth of Ampersand International’s contracting business where she thrives on building the business’ alumni of contracting professionals, supporting them to continually grow and develop throughout their careers.

With a background in Human Resources, Holly understands the full spectrum of talent management having worked in-house at leading Australian retailer Woolworths acting as a trusted adviser to the business. She is well-regarded for her passion, integrity and consultative approach when working in close partnership with senior hiring managers to develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies.

On a personal note, Holly can be found pursuing her passion for animal welfare, supporting and working with rescue animals through her long-term volunteering work with the RSPCA and Monika’s Doggie Rescue, where she adopted and rehabilitated her rescue dog Franklin.
