Aina holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona and spent a semester at the University of Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej. She completed her studies with a master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Open University of Catalonia. After completing two internships focused on staff training and recruitment, Aina joined Euromanager as a Consultant in 2021.
