Judit is a Graduate Associate within our Research & Insight Team, supporting our consultants on executive search assignments across a range of sectors and functions. Prior to joining NB, Judit worked as a Quality & Engagement Analyst at a care home, where she combined analytics with people-focused initiatives. She has also gained experience across consulting, banking, and healthcare through previous roles and academic projects. Judit holds an MSc in Business Analytics: Operational Research & Risk Analysis from the University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Outside of work, Judit keeps busy and enjoys being a jack of all trades, exploring everything from knitting and painting to swimming, tennis, and even pilates.
