Shilpa co-founded Atlantic Group’s Philadelphia office in 2014. She began her career in the Big Four and then worked at an international quantitative trading firm before transitioning into her recruiter career in 2007. Shilpa graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Accounting and International Business and is CPA certified. She specializes in accounting, finance and tax recruitment ranging from startup companies to Fortune 100 organizations.
