Iona joined Armstrong International in 2010. She runs the business development team and is responsible for increasing the number of clients and managing the existing clients. Iona is also responsible for executing c-suite searches and has previously placed chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers, chairman and non-executive directors. Iona graduated from University West of England with a degree in Spanish and Sociology.
