With a Master's degree in Financial Markets, Héloïse began her career at Deloitte Luxembourg in 2017 as an external auditor specialising in the private equity & real estate sector. She then consolidated her experience internally as Financial Controller within a family-owned company in Luxembourg. In 2020, Héloïse decided to take a new turn in her professional career by joining a consultancy firm in Luxembourg, giving her the opportunity to gain experience in the world of recruitment. She now has several years' experience in recruitment, helping professionals in the financial and legal fields to develop their careers. After joining FYTE in February 2023, she joined the finance division, focusing on financial and legal profiles, before moving on to Morgan Philips Executive Search to work on expert and C-Level positions
