Biography
For over 25 years, I have advised organizations on building and developing successful leadership teams and effective advisory and supervisory boards. During this time, I have guided numerous companies through challenging transformation phases requiring rapid and profound changes: whether in times of rapid growth, restructuring organizational processes, digitalization, or succession planning. With my expertise, I support medium-sized businesses and corporations in finding the right leaders and creating personnel structures that ensure the company's long-term success, even in dynamic markets. In light of the major challenges of our time, such as demographic change, which has long since reached the executive level, stagnant economic growth, and advancing digitalization, companies need people who can recognize, foster, and develop creative potential.
