Nancie Lataille is a co-partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and regional managing partner of the Corporate Officers Practices. She also leads the CEO & Board of Directors and Legal, Risk, Compliance & Government Affairs practices in Canada. Nancie is widely recognized as a leader in her profession. She brings breadth and depth in advising Canadian and international companies in the areas of CEO & Board succession planning, assessment, recruitment, and effectiveness. She is a trusted advisor to clients in helping navigate the rapidly changing global talent marketplace. Highly regarded for her comprehensive yet tailored approach, Nancie leads with integrity and industry acumen commensurate with clients she partners with, from start-ups to market leaders here and abroad. With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Nancie’s approach is rooted in her early experience as a lawyer with leading law firms in Toronto and Montreal. Nancie also participates in several internal firm-building initiatives at Heidrick & Struggles such as the Global Consultant Promotion Committee and is the co-dean for the firm’s flagship leadership development program, Accelerating Women’s Excellence (AWE). She also remains active as a founding member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Council. A Montrealer by background, Nancie is bilingual and fluent in both French and English.
