Partner of Tillerman Executive Search since March 2021, Nathalie Pocreau is in charge of the IT, Digital and Consulting division. An expert in technological professions and information systems, for 16 years she has been a headhunter in the service of SMEs, VSEs and FinTech start-ups. She supports and advises companies from all sectors which assign her to find rare profiles, experts and high potentials. Nathalie Pocreau holds a Masters in International Law from Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University and a Certificate in Business Management from New York University. She started her career as Finance and IT Recruitment Manager for the ASTEK group, specializing in IT consulting and information services. After her experience in corporate recruitment, Nathalie joined a Parisian headhunting firm for IS, IT Finance and Intellectual Services Buyers functions. This first office assignment allows him to broaden and deepen his knowledge of the IS and IT professions. In 2011, she continued her career as a headhunter by joining the Anglo-Saxon firm Michael Page. She joined the Information Systems division as a Senior Consultant, and progressed as Senior Executive Manager. Promoted Partner in 2017, Michael Page entrusts Nathalie with the mission of relaunching and leading her Contracting and IT Transition Management activity. She takes up the challenge with passion and excellence.
