A graduate of a BBA-ESSEC in 2004, Florian began his career in Paris in telecom services before joining DELL in supporting the projects of major integrators. His technical polish acquired, he was entrusted with the management of an IT agency in ESN oriented telecom, bank insurance. A resident of Lille for 10 years, Florian built and developed for more than 3 years the regional agency of an engineering consulting firm serving regional players in the rail, automotive and aeronautics sectors. Back in IT, he led the Datacenter division of Ingram Micro then the executive management of a software editor. Aware that interpersonal skills are at least as important as know-how, Florian decided 3 years ago to join the human resources consulting activity which allows him to intervene both in the recruitment of talents in Industry, in IT and managerial profiles. He joins MacAnders in 2021 to support managers in attracting the best candidates.
