Carlos Ornellas holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), an MBA in Strategic People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and an MBA in Strategic Business Leadership from Ohio University. With over 13 years of experience in Executive Search, he has conducted more than 4,000 interviews and led numerous projects for hiring directors, vice presidents, and presidents across various industries. Before joining EXEC, he was involved in the startup phase of the Hays office in Campinas, later becoming the Head of Operations. From 2020 to 2023, he served as Director of Hays Executive, leading the industry, agribusiness & logistics verticals. Currently, Carlos Ornellas is a Partner at EXEC.
