Risto has carried out more than 100 demanding direct searches for top and middle management for Finnish and international companies in the industrial and service sectors, as well as for companies in the financial sector. In addition to Finland, he has searched all the Nordic countries, Poland, Germany, Russia and Luxembourg, among others. Risto has also applied for several Board members for both listed and family companies and participated in the Management Review evaluation processes. Prior to joining JFP Executive Search in 2011, Risto worked for more than 20 years as Corporate Banking with responsibility for managing and developing the corporate banking business, including sales, marketing, advisory services, risk management and financial management. Risto has a M.Sc. In addition, he has completed several business management courses at INSEAD Singapore, among others. Risto has been a member of the Board of FEX, the Finnish Association of Direct Search Companies, since 2015.
