Saskia graduated from Wiesbaden Business School with a Bachelor's degree in International Management. Part of her studies included an unforgettable semester in Santiago de Chile. She then began her career at a leading international executive search consultancy in the field of recruiting and account management. There, Saskia had the opportunity to gain initial experience and discover her passion for the sector. Her desire to develop further and learn international executive search led her to AltoPartners in Wiesbaden. Outside of work, Saskia lets her creativity run wild, whether through DIY projects, sewing, cooking, or gardening. She finds mental and physical balance in the martial arts Krav Maga and Muay Thai.
