With more than twenty years of experience in the Human Resources field in large companies, Olivier joined Leaders Trust in 2008. He is passionate about the art of combining executive talent with business strategy. An expert in the construction and real estate, infrastructure and B to B services, he is involved in executive search assignments and management team assessment. The first part of his career was spent with the Bouygues Group, where he notably was Director of Human Resources Development for the Construction division, responsible for recruiting managers and training future executives. He has then held the position of Director of Resourcing and Career Management for the Bureau Veritas Group. He was more specifically in charge of executive recruitment and leadership assessment. A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Olivier also holds a law degree from Paris II University.
