Hattie joined MBS in 2020 and works within the Consumer Goods practice. She has a particular interest in partnering with high growth challenger brands, and manages the delivery of searches across a range of functions from marketing and commercial through to operations, manufacturing and supply chain. ​Prior to MBS, she worked within a boutique search firm, primarily partnering with clients within the fashion and retail sectors. She started her career in executive search in an international search firm advising global private equity clients including Oaktree Capital, Fortress, and KKR.​ ​Hattie has previously spent time consulting for a charity that runs programmes for men in HMP Wandsworth and HMP Pentonville, preparing them for employment post release from prison. She holds a degree in Theology from The University of Exeter where she represented the university’s 1st XI hockey team.
