Sarah Loesken is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners. With over 15 years in Executive Search consultancy, Ms. Loesken brings to the firm solid experience having established strong cooperation with clients in Germany, Spain and Scandinavia. Ms. Loesken has worked as a Senior Consultant and later Key Account Manager with a multinational executive search firm, focusing on cross-border assignments and being the main point of contact for major global accounts. She has a strong expertise, completing searches mainly in the FMCG, Engineering and Automotive sectors. Furthermore, Ms. Loesken has experience with start-up firms in Germany. Ms. Loesken holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from University College, Dublin. She speaks native English, German and conversational Spanish.
