Will is a Director and co-leads Dartmouth’s CFO practice. He specialises in placing permanent finance professionals into senior leadership positions within commerce, financial services, and private equity businesses Will gained his recruitment experience working for a boutique headhunting agency latterly heading up their executive search practice focusing on placing ‘C’ and ‘D’ level hires into private equity-backed businesses. He graduated from Swansea University with a masters degree in Chemical Engineering. Outside of Dartmouth, Will enjoys anything that gets his heart pumping including theme parks, bungee jumping and running. He is also a keen scuba diver having dived all over the world.
