During his career, Martin Wieland has been responsible for numerous departments, including finance, HR, business development, marketing/communications, strategy, and project portfolio management/PMO. Building on this foundation, he is now a specialist in company-wide change projects, leadership and culture transformation, and strategy implementation in project and program management. Education: Martin Wieland completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in mechanical engineering and studied business administration with a focus on leadership and human resources. Following his passion for developing teams, talent, and successful processes, he complemented his many years of leadership and management experience with additional training as a systemic business coach and agile coach. Martin Wieland finds private balance in his family (including his dog and three cats) and on the tennis court.
