Fadi Rawashdeh is a Senior Associate for the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division and is directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, and transaction process for multimillion-dollar hospitality assets throughout the State of Texas and the United States. He provides guidance in every aspect of the transaction process including hotel valuation, disposition strategy, marketing, and coordination of the due diligence and escrow process. Fadi has been involved in hundreds of hospitality transactions and has performed valuations on over $2 billion of hotel investment properties.
