Shawn leads SSQ’s China business across our two offices – Beijing and Shanghai. He focuses on brokering law firm mergers/alliances and placing partners and teams within the Chinese legal market. Shawn has extensive experience of advising law firm clients on mergers of law firms, or multiple offices in China acquiring a smaller firm or team, launching new offices or practice groups, expanding or restructuring existing teams, and headline partner and team moves. He has worked closely with a broad range of clients, from international firms and top tier US and UK practices to the leading domestic Chinese firms.
