Ilona Baumane joined Amrop Latvia in 2008. Previously, she held various research and academic positions at the University of Latvia. She was a Project Leader in several international research co-projects by Uppsala University, University of Turku, Moscow Higher School of Economics, Tbilisi State University, and Pskov State University. In addition, she participated in the quality assessment of the Stockholm School of Economics in St. Petersburg. In Amrop, Ilona leads Executive Search and Management Audit assignments in various sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, IT & Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals, across the Baltics.
