Sandy has been at HSP since inception and plays a central role in executing and facilitating searches at both the pre- and post-MBA levels. Sandy brings nearly two decades of executive search experience to the HSP team and her relationships in the industry are widespread. She is known for her approachability, is loved by candidates, and has a natural ability to connect with people – it seems like everyone knows Sandy, and conversations with her are always in demand. In addition to domestic searches, Sandy has worked on several of HSP’s hedge fund and Asia-focused mandates across the public and private markets. Prior to joining HSP, Sandy worked with SG Partners, a buyside focused executive recruiting firm, where she played a vital role in the execution of searches for the pre-MBA team.
