After living in Paris for two years my eyes were open to cultural differences and how important it was to be open-minded in the recruitment process. After working in the Disability and Aged support area I developed a passion for recruitment and the faced pace environment. Making a difference is what is important to me and that is so key within recruitment. Changing candidate’s lives, but more importantly making a difference to our clients. Finding that perfect candidate for clients is the key driving factor for me. Giving candidates who truly have a passion the chance to shine in the perfect role because after all a happier worker, works harder and faster creating better results for our clients. In my spare time, I spoil my two dogs, play piano and love spending time in nature.
