With over 10 years of experience in the TMT sector, Jay has leveraged his extensive network to support some of the largest initiatives across Telecoms/Fibre, Data Centres, Renewable Energy (Net Zero), Electric Vehicle Charging, and Automotive industries. Jay works closely with MNO groups, Infrastructure Service Providers, Manufacturers/Installers, Utility firms, and Private Equity/Infrastructure funds. He specialises in mandates such as Executive Leadership (Chair, NED, CEO, CFO, CIO, CTO), Advisory appointments, Business and Technology Transformation Directors, and senior roles across Tech, Strategy, Finance, and Commercial functions. His expertise enables him to deliver tailored solutions for clients navigating rapid industry transformations globally. Before joining Wilton & Bain, Jay led the EMEA TMT practice for a prominent international firm. Here he successfully executed a wide range of C-suite and senior leadership appointments through both interim management and executive search services.
