Tom is an experienced Executive Search Consultant who has worked in the industry since 2015. He has a robust understanding of the whole Private Equity ecosystem, having placed executives both fund and portfolio-side. Tom has an international track record, delivering successful mandates for Private Equity investors in the UK, US and Europe (Germany, Benelux, Nordics, CEE). Tom previously ran the CEO & NED practice at La Fosse where he worked with PE clients across various geographies, primarily UK & US. Before this, he was a founding team member of AlphaSkill UK (employee no.2) where he was sector lead for Tech & Tech-Enabled Business Services.
