Having expertise within qualitative and quantitative method, Tonje is dedicated to finding the most relevant and suitable candidates for board and management positions, through mapping, research and analysis in Visindi. She has well-rounded experience from various sectors and has held a broad spectrum of positions, ranging from headwaiter to copy editor. Tonje has also actively participated in a range of non-profit organisations. She has been project leader at Give a Job in Bergen and during her studies she was the vice president of Start Nord; Norway’s largest student organisation for innovation and entrepreneurship. Tonje has a bachelor’s degree in political science with a focus on international relations from Nord University and a master’s degree in comparative politics from the University of Bergen. Being a northern Norwegian, Tonje is cheerful and forthcoming and creates good relations with both candidates and clients. She has an inclusive attitude and is a true team player – both on the volleyball court and at work.
