Titti has been active in Executive Search since the early 1990s, mostly in an international context. She is a certified psychologist specialising in group and individual development. Titti has broad experience from different industries and the key themes of her assignments are growth and change leadership. In client cooperation, Titti coordinates and manages assignments at both strategic and operational level and she ensures that the right consultant team is chosen to handle the assignments. This may be a single assignment, multi-search assignments in multiple-search markets, or long-term, global collaboration and preferred supplier agreements. Together with her partners and colleagues at AIMS International Sweden, Titti helps clients to find and develop their leaders.
