Kate began her recruitment career 17 years ago, starting in the education sector before transitioning into business support and HR recruitment. She transitioned into a leadership role, building and managing permanent and temporary recruitment teams across various sectors. Her passion for fostering inclusive hiring practices led her to play a key role in promoting neurodiversity as part of a DEI committee in her previous role. Looking to take on a new challenge, Kate joined Tiger HR to grow the division, partnering with clients across various industries to connect them with exceptional talent.
