Siham has acquired 10 years experience in HR and recruitment in financial services, hospitality, logistics and real estate. ​ In the last 7 years she has developed strong HR consultancy experience guiding CEO’s and HR managers in assessing training needs, personal competencies and skills and in developing recruitment onboarding policies and processes. ​ With deep interest in personal development, specifically active listening and inter/intrapersonal communication techniques, she also loves to craft and offer training in those fields for managers and their teams.
