Residing in South Carolina, Doug joins Talentfoot as a Senior Partner in the sales practice, having spent over a decade working In Sales and Marketing for a variety of companies. Doug brings unprecedented leadership experience in retained searches for technology companies ranging from SaaS, to B2B and B2C firms. His clientele has ranged all the way from 5 person startups to some of the largest companies in the country, over his 25-year tenure in executive search. He enjoys working with growth-oriented leaders to help solve their talent acquisition issues while also helping people secure life-changing opportunities, and was drawn to executive search from sales by the idea of helping individuals achieve their dreams, as opposed to selling a product.
