Biography
Matthew (Matt) Grose brings to Horton 25 years senior management experience, covering an array of Human Resources and organizational transformation achievements, including most recently as SVP for Human Resources and Customer Experience at MSIG Insurance.
Matt has an exceptional record in both the insurance and HR fields, with expertise in building capability in the emerging markets of Southeast Asia. He has an extensive network of senior insurance and HR contacts around the region built over two decades, and is uniquely placed to undertake senior executive hire assignments in the Financial Services and Human Resources spaces and combinations thereof.
As well as executive search, Matt offers a range of consultancy and training services, including:
CX Transformation: a comprehensive advanced Customer Journey Mapping platform for organizations to use to transform to customer centricity, including finding digital pathways as well as human interventions to drive customer engagement. Matt leads an agile project team made up of the client’s managers to work through a challenging change program, and will train the team to cascade the program down through the organization to drive service performance.
