Kathrin Engelmeyer

Kathrin Engelmeyer joined Mercuri Urval in 2021 as Engagement Manager. In her role, she is responsible for German and international Executive Search projects for clients from the industrial and consumer goods practices. She also conducts national and international talent advisory projects, coaching programs and outplacement consultations.

Before joining Mercuri Urval, Kathrin already worked in the search for specialists and executives for industrial clients at an international recruitment consultancy and in the placement of freelancers. She also has experience in an online marketing agency and through independent entrepreneurial activities.

Kathrin studied International Business Administration in Regensburg and spent time abroad in Spain and Hungary. She speaks German, English and Spanish fluently.
