Martin joined Nigel Wright in 2022 as a specialist Finance Research & Delivery consultant within our Leeds Finance team. He specialises in recruiting qualified, newly qualified and part-qualified appointments across Yorkshire and supports our lead consultants with all aspects of candidate generation and assessment. Prior to his role at Nigel Wright, Martin worked in Retail banking, as a key accounts manager, as well as in compliance in the financial services sector.
