Ken is the Managing Partner and one of the original co-founders of Capital Search Group, the Washington DC area’s leading executive search firm for accounting & finance, IT, Human Resources, General Counsel & other executive level positions. Ken started the firm with his partners in early 2004. Prior to Capital Search, in 1988, Ken co-founded Logue & Rice Inc (and three related consulting businesses) which grew to be the DC area’s leading executive search firm for accounting & finance. Ken completed the sale of those businesses to MPS Group (publicly traded company) in 1999. Ken worked with a contingent fee financial recruiting firm from 1981 through 1988 and worked in corporate accounting from 1978 through 1981. He graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BSBA in Accounting. Ken is an avid marathon runner and on the Board of Directors for the Special Olympics District of Columbia as well as a 30+ year coach.
