Prior to embarking on full time consultancy with various clients, she worked at Oxfam International as the Global Head of Talent and Resourcing, where she led the streamlining of talent management, resourcing and diversity, equity and inclusion processes and initiatives across the Confederation. Majority of her experience throughout her career has largely involved talent acquisition through an inclusive lens, across public, private and NGO sectors for small, medium and large local, regional and global organisations. She has recruited extensively for senior level roles including Country Directors, C-Suite positions, Boards of Directors among others, and found psychometric assessment tools incredibly useful as part of the recruitment process to aid not only in appointments but as part of a development plan for new recruits. Having worked both in consultancy firms at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Thornhill Associates for client organisations, as well as in industry at a global level at Oxfam International, she offers both a theoretical thought partner perspective and practical implementation experience around talent management.
