With many years of both strategic and operational experience gained in the Finance Sector in Denmark, Per started working in the Executive Search Business in 2006. Prior to joining Alexander Hughes Executive Search as a Senior Client Partner in 2017, Per worked in medium sized and bigger Executive Search companies. Per has also served as a Non-Executive Director in different companies and as a Business Owner.

During his years in the Finance Sector, Per held several Executive and Senior Management positions with some of the biggest companies in this sector. Per was also the owner of a bigger company in the Building and Construction industry.

During his 10 years in the Executive Search Business, Per has conducted recruitments for Executive, Managerial and Specialist positions mainly in the Finance Sector but also in the Real Estate Sector, ICT, Media, Logistics and Transportation, Accountancy, Law Firms and a number of other industries.

Per has an extensive education combining Financial, Management and Leadership. In addition he is certified in several testing tools.
